Our approach
We’ve partnered with Google Cloud for four years and worked with several teams globally, providing multiple design and innovation services. New propositions that we co-created changed how Google Cloud tells its story, to present a stronger offering and lead to growth.
Our design services supported the launch of a new customer-centric Go-To-Market function, the Customer Growth Engine (CGE), a data-driven organisation that launches scalable, customer-relevant products to market. We helped to establish a distinctive visual and comms identity that sets the CGE apart in Google's ecosystem. It gave the team a strong foundation to scale globally and build credibility and impact, both internally and with customers.
Our training also upskilled the team in how to tell customer-centric, actionable stories and sell their proposition. The storytelling frameworks we created have helped the CGE communicate its value propositions in more engaging, relevant ways. CGE has scaled to support thousands of staff globally, build impact and enable them to build a multi-billion-dollar pipeline.
